BasinIQ ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company name. When you use the platform, we store your saved searches, data assignments, and group memberships. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use your data to provide the BasinIQ service, process subscriptions via Stripe, and send important service notifications. We do not use your data for advertising.
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to your saved searches and assignments is controlled by JWT authentication.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@basiniq.com.
